The consumer has the right, within 14 days of receipt of goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right is the right to return goods purchased from the seller and the resulting refund on the purchase price, meaning that as the net amount paid for the good excluded additional expenses such as packaging, labor, transportation, taxes mark.

The notification must include the part numbers that the consumer wishes to return, the bank details for the refund and copy of the receipt attached to the expedition wrote in his own hand "exercise of the right to reconsider on dd / mm / yy" followed by signature .

Exclusion from the right of withdrawal (Art. 52 Consumer Code Legislative Decree 21/2014)

Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts:

The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
The consumer shall only bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the trader has agreed to bear them or the trader failed to inform the consumer that this cost is borne by the consumer.
In the case of contracts negotiated away from business premises where the goods have been delivered to the consumer's home at the time of conclusion of the contract, the trader collects the goods at its own cost if the goods, by their nature, can not normally be returned by post.
